Terms of Service

LabHub PTY ("LabHub", "we") provides AI assistants for WhatsApp Business. By creating an account or subscribing to the service, you (the "customer") accept these terms.

1. The service

LabHub is cloud software that connects AI assistants to your business's WhatsApp Business number. The assistant answers text messages and handles voice calls following the instructions, prices and rules you set up in the dashboard, and can quote, book appointments, take orders, qualify leads and answer questions. Replies are generated automatically by artificial-intelligence models: they are useful, but they can contain mistakes. You decide what the assistant may say, review its configuration, and can take over any conversation from the inbox at any time.

2. Your account and acceptable use

  • You must provide truthful information and keep your login credentials confidential
  • You must have the right to use the WhatsApp Business number you connect and comply with the WhatsApp and Meta policies for businesses
  • You may use the assistant only with people who message you or have agreed to receive your messages; unsolicited bulk messaging is not allowed
  • You may not configure the assistant to deceive, impersonate third parties, discriminate, or carry out illegal or fraudulent activity
  • You are responsible for what your assistant communicates on behalf of your business (prices, availability, commitments) and for complying with the laws that apply to your activity

3. Subscription, payments and guarantee

The service costs USD $39 per month and includes installation and initial setup on your WhatsApp Business, with no separate fee. The subscription renews month to month. Payment is by bank transfer; once we receive your receipt on WhatsApp we activate your account within 24 hours. The code LABHUB50 gives 50% off the first month and can be used once per business. 7-day money-back guarantee: if the service does not work for you during the first 7 days after activation, we refund that month's payment. You can cancel at any time by messaging us; you keep access until the end of the paid period, and there are no partial refunds outside the guarantee. If we change the price, we will tell you in advance and it will apply from your next renewal.

4. Conversations and data

For the assistant to work, your customers' messages and calls are processed and stored on the platform, where you see them in the inbox. Part of that processing is done by third-party providers: Meta (WhatsApp Business) for messaging and OpenAI to generate the replies and the voice. Your conversations and your assistant's configuration belong to you; LabHub uses them only to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for telling your own customers that they are talking to an automated assistant where the law requires it, and for handling their data in line with the applicable rules. 5. Availability

We work to keep the assistant available 24/7, but the service depends on WhatsApp, on the AI providers and on your number's connection, so we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, in particular unsolicited messaging, with prior notice where possible.

6. Liability

The assistant can give an incorrect or incomplete answer. The quotes, appointments, orders and other commitments it generates are yours towards your customers, and we recommend reviewing your configuration and keeping an eye on the inbox. LabHub PTY is not liable for losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of the assistant's replies or from third-party service outages. In any case, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to it.

7. Intellectual property

The platform's software, design and content are the property of LabHub PTY and are protected by intellectual property law. The instructions, prices and other content you configure, as well as your conversations, remain yours.

8. Changes

We may modify these terms. Changes take effect once published on this page; if they are significant, we will notify you on WhatsApp or by email before they apply.
